Three wins on yesterday’s card including a $16.40 longshot.
After the unfortunate accidental death of a horse at Churchill Downs on Thursday, I am sure the PETA people, whose stated goal is to ban horseracing, will be coming out of the wood work. For those interested, I invite you to read about the organization’s history and its founder Ingrid Newkirk. Then, you can decide for yourself whether these people are legitimate animal rights activists or hypocrites who are part of the lunatic fringe.
Good luck on today’s program!
